      Wife's daughter Sarah Keene Bee-one acre of land out of the tract called "Small Hope," and negroes Sharper, Judy, Ben, Kellar, Mo11, Dick, Rachel, and Suckie to her and the heirs lawfully begotten of her body, and in default the above acre and negroes to be equally divided between Elenor Wyat and Eliza Sugget and their heirs.
      To Sarah Keene Bee-the best three beds and furniture, and her choice of two chests with three bedsteads, and two tables her choice, one hundred and fifty yards of linen, half dozen and thirty eight yards of Dewlap, thirty seven yards of Gorlic, and fifty weight pewter, three pewter basons each holding three quarts, two dozen plates, ten geese, two ganders, twelve head cattle, twelve hoggs, six sheep, two iron pots forty pounds each, one frying pan, one iron skillitt all new, five sixty gallon sydor casques; all above goods to be delivered to her in good order when she comes of age or day of marriage, as likewise thirty pounds sterling.
      Wife Ruth Keene-negroes Jamy, young Harry, Hannah, Piliana, and Doll during her natural life, and the plantation I now live on only during her widowhood, and if she marries I leave her only one half of the plantation on. She is also to have timber from my plantation called "Small Hope," ten head of cattle, ten hogs, ten sheep, two iron pots her choice, fifty yards of lining(one half Oznaburg and the other half Gorlik), two yoke of oxen, cart and wheels. After her death the negroes given her to be equally divided between my grandchildren vizt: Elizabeth Wyat, John Wyat, Lucy Sugget, and John Sugget, and their heirs.
      Daughter Elenor Wyat-her choice of negroes not before given vizt: one negro in lieu of little Harry, which I had given her husband Edward Wyat. To her son John Wyat, my tract of land I now live on after the death of my wife, also tract called "Small Hopes" and tract called mothers "Oliver's," to him and the lawfully begotten heirs of his body.
      Daughter Elizabeth Suggett's son John Suggett-my tract called "Mattapony," to him and the lawfully begotten heirs of his body.
      To Winefred Rider-negro called Charity.
      Cousin William Samford-all my wearing cloaths and five thousand pounds of tobacco, to be paid in five years at one thousand each year.
      To Rebekah Smith-eight hundred pounds of tobacco.
      To Elizabeth Allin-five hundred pounds of tobacco and five hundred in goods, besides her wages.
      I leave Sarah Keene Bee to her mother my wife Ruth Keene, and if my wife should die I leave the said Sarah Keene Bee to my surviving executors with her estate.
      Each of my daughters Eleanor Wyat, and Elizabeth Sugget-twenty one shillings and six pence each to buy a mourning ring.
      rest of my estate to be divided between. my grandchildren; that is to say one half to daughter Elizabeth Sugget's children.
      Wife Ruth Keene, Edward Wyat, and Edgecomb Sugget, executors.
      Colonel Peter Presley, Captain Matthew Kenner, and Mr. Matthew Zulli trustees to see my will is full filled and performed.
