Yeager and by Yeager conveyed to Frederick Kabler, father to Conrad Kabler, 25 Nov. 1746, for 290 acres and by deed of gift acknowledged by Frederick Kabler to his son Conrad 21 May 1761 ... on a branch being the lower corner to the land of Jacob Miller in a line of Yeager ... corner to Yeager (now Kabler)

THIS INDENTURE made 15 August 1772 Between JOHN TACKETT and ROSANNAH his Wife of County of Culpeper of one part and WILLIAM CABLER [Kabler] of County aforesaid Witnesseth that for sum Thirty five pounds current money of Virginia said John Tackett and Rosanna his Wife have sold unto William Kabler land in County of Culpeper containing 200 acres bounded Beginning at a white oak corner to CONROD CABLERs line thence South to an ash in a glade to a white oak saplin in said John Tacketts line thence with his line West to two white oaks in Conrod Cablers line thence North to the Beginning .

This Indenture made this fifteenth day of May 1775 Between CHRISTOPHER KABLER and MARY his Wife, CONRAD KABLER and JOHANNER his Wife of one part and WILLIAM JOEL of County of Culpeper of other part Witnesseth that said Christopher Kabler & Mary his Wife and Conrad Kabler and Johanna his Wife for sum of Sixty pounds current money doth grant unto William Joel his heirs land in Parish of Saint Marks and County of Culpeper being part of 136 acres granted to the said Christop Kabler by Deed from Proprietors bearing date 3rd June 1763 also part of the Land whereon said Conrod Kabler now lives and given him by his Father and Bounded as followeth Beginning at a red oak standing in a line of Christopher Kablers Deed on the South side the MOUNTPONEY near the foot of the said Mountain and running thence South to a White oak standing in Conrod Kablers line thence with his line South to three white oaks corner to said Conrad Kablers and JOHN BISHOP thence with Bishops line South to three white oaks in TIMOTHY SISKs line now Bishops thence Christopher Kabler

THIS INDENTURE made the 22d day of April 1777 Between WILLIAM JEWELL of County of Culpeper of one part and JAMES INSKEEP of County aforesaid Witnesseth that said William Jewell for sum of Sixty pounds current money of Virginia doth grant unto said James Inskeep his heirs all that parcel of land purchased by said WILLIAM JOEL [Jewell?] of CHRISTOPHER KABLER and MARY his Wife, CONRAD KABLER and JOANNA his Wife lying in Parish of Saint Mark and County aforesaid containing one hundred and thirty three acres as by Deed from said Kablers to sd Jewell date the 15th May 1775 recorded in Court of Culpeper bounded Begining at a red oak standing in a line of CHRISTOPHER KABLERs Deced on the South side of MOUNT PONEY near the foot of said Mountain tuning thence So. to a white oak standing in CONRAD CABLERs line thence with his Line to three white oaks Corner to said Kabler and JOHN BISHOP thence with Bishops line to the Begining provided to Hold unto said James Inskeep upon condition that if the said Wm. Jewell shall pay unto said James Inskeep on or before the 20th day of April 1782 with lawfull Interest the full & just sum of Sixty pounds current money as aforesaid then this Indenture or Deed of Mortgage to be null void and of none effect Else to remain in full force against him the said William Jewell . .
