      Nov 28, 1657: Dispute between William Debnam, the son and heir of Wm Debnam, and Christopher Calthorpe re: title of land in New Poquoson, which was held by his father for 20 yrs.
      June 24, 1658: the same dispute in court now being pressed by Charles Grymes, the plaintiff’s Guardian.
      June 25, 1658: "Mr. Charles Grimes as intermarrying the relicit of William Debnam deceased, this day petitioned the court for satisfaction of two men servants due to the said dec’d: estate from Thomas Benister’s estate"
