      -to have the full one third part of the testator's estate during her natural life and for which purposes the testator desires that the one third part be put to interest on bonds with good security or in bank stock and that the
      interest arising therefrom be regularly remitted by executors to her annually

      -testator desires that all the specialities, papers, effects in the testator's possession belonging to John Campbell, deceased be applied to the use of his relations or those with the best right to them in compliance with the testator's bond to James Clark given the 26th day of October 1799 for the conveyance of a part of a tract of land called "Land Over" cont. 147 3/4 acres and part of a tract of land called "Grove Hurst" cont. 65 3/6 acres in Prince George's County and the executor to convey the same to the heirs of Campbell when James Clark remits the full payment of the purchase money for the said land and the interest thereon
      --to his bonds to the testator and in the testator's possession numbered 1,2 and 3 for 212 pounds 15 shillings current money each given on the 24th of October 1799 on interest from the 25th of December 1799--part of a bond No.4 aforesaid --being for 200 dollars on the 6th of January 1800 and credited the same
      6. George & Andrew Buchanan, merchants
      -as to the store house, granary, stable with the ground belonging thereto in the Town of Bladensburg and now occupied by the testator and also the plantation in Prince George's County which formerly belonged to Isaac Walker, Sr., deceased and whereon his widow now lives were deeded to the testator on the 17th day of May 1798 by Rose Campbell brother (?) and heir of John Campbell and mentioned in the deed for the use and benefit of George and Andrew Buchanan, merchants of Glasgow--the said property having been purchased many years ago by the said Campbell on account and for the only use of the said George and Andrew Buchanan while acting as their agent,
      --therefore executors to make over the said land to the Buchanans or their attorneys

      Indenture made October 5, 1790; Rinaldo Johnson, Elisha Berry and Rinaldo Johnson on behalf of Thomas Harwood, 3rd (by virtue of a power of attorney) and John Smith Brookes, securities of Thomas Williams, deceased, late collector of the taxes and public dues were empowered by the General Assembly of Maryland to complete the collection of taxes and public dues which remained unpaid and to enforce the payment by distress and sale of the debtors property and whereas the commissioners of the tax did take in execution part of "Addition to Brashears Pocoson" which stood liable for taxes from John Turner and was exposed to public sale on December 14, 1789, and Isaac Walker, Jr., became the purchaser for the sum of 14 pounds 10 shillings and 4 pence. Now this indenture witnesseth that Rinaldo Johnson, Elisha Berry and Rinaldo Johnson on behalf of Thomas Harwood, 3rd (by virtue of a power of attorney) and John Smith Brookes in consideration of the premises has sold the aforesaid tract containing 274 acres to Isaac Walker, Jr. Signed Rinaldo Johnson, Elisha Berry, Rinaldo Johnson attorney for Thomas Harwood, 3rd (by virtue of a power of attorney) and John Smith Brookes, in the presence of and acknowledged before Wm Baker, T.
