      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we SARAH FOGG, NATHANIEL FOGG and JOHN GARNETT are held and firmly bound unto ROBERT BROOKE, JAMES GARNETT JOSHUA FRY and ISAAC SCANDRETT Gentlemen Justices of the peace for the County of Essex in the sum of two hundred pounds current money Sealed with our Seals and dated the 20th day of September 1742
      THE CONDITION of this obligation is such that if the above bound SARAH FOGG Admrx. of all the goods chattles Right and credits of JAMES FOGG deceased do make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventory of all the goods chitties and credits of the sd deced the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the County Court of Essex at such time as she shall be thereunto required by the said Court and further do make a just & true account of all her actings and doings therein when thereunto required by the sd Court and also if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will and Testament was made by the sd deced & the Executor or Executors named do exhibit the same making request to have it approved & allowed Accordingly if the sd SARAH being thereunto required do deliver up her Letter of Admon. approbation of such Testament first had & made in the sd Court then this obligation to be void and of none effect .. . .
