      TO ALL PEOPLE I HENRY BOUGHAN of the County of Essex & Parrish of Southfarnham for natural affection and fatherly love I bear unto my well beloved Daughter ANN the Wife of THOMAS BARKER of the County aforesd have given unto the said Thomas Barker and Ann his Wife a certain parcel of land in the County & Parish aforesd containing Thirty seven acres being all that parcell of land that was granted to me Henry Boughan by Pattent by the Right Honble ALEXANDER SPOTSWOOD Esqr. as by sd Pattent dated the 28th day of April in the year 1711 in the 10th year of the Reign of our Late Sovereigne the Lady Queen Ann. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th day of November 1733.
