      THIS INDENTURE made the Twenininth day of April in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and Thirty One Between JOHN HALL of the Pish of St Peters in the County of NEW KENT of one part and RICHARD BRIZENDINT of the Parish of Sofarnham in the County aforesd of other part Witnesseth that JOHN HALL in consideratin of three thousand pounds of lawfull tobacco to him in hand paid or secured to be paid doth fully grant unto RICHARD BRIZENDINE in his actual possession by Virtue of a Bargain & Sale to him for one year and by Virtue of the Statute for transferring uses into possession all that parcel of land in Southfarnham Parish in County of Essex containing ninety acres lying and joyning on the land of NATHANIEL NEWBLE and SARAH CRUST which sd ninety acres of land was formerly sold by SAMEUL GREEN to JOHN GUNN by Sale bearing date the 28th day of July 1677 and by the Last Will &Testament of the sd JOHN GUNN given unto SARAH GREEN afterwards Wife of CHARLES HALL and so fall to me the sd JOHN HALL by inheritance To Have and To hold the said land with appurtenances to use and behoof of the said RICHARD BRIZENDINE his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof the said JOHN HALL hath set his hand & Seal

      At a Court held for Essex County on the XXth day of July MDCCXXXI
      JOHN HALL by RICHARD BUSH his Attorney acknowledged this his Release of land Indented to RICHARD BRIZENDINE which on his motion is admitted to record
      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I JOHN HALL am held and firmly bound unto RICHD BRIZENDINE in the penal sum of Six thousand pounds of legal Sweet scented Tobacco this twenty ninth day of April 1731
