      Will of Charles Lee, being sick and weak of body, dated 16 March 1718/9.
      Unto my son John Lee my dwelling house and plantation I now live on and half my land belonging to it.
      To my son George Lee my new plantation next Jamaco with the other halfe of land equally devided.
      If either of them or both of them should dye before they come to age of twenty one yeares, then to fall to
      my son Charles Lee.
      To my son Thos. Lee twenty shillings.
      My son Charles Lee have forty shillings more of my personall estate than any of my children.
      To my loveing wife Dorothy Lee all my personall estate dureing her widowhood. After her death or widowhood to be equally divided between my three sons John, George and Charles Lee.
      My loveing wife Dorothy Lee and my two sons Thos. and Jno. Lee executrix and executors.
