      Know all men by these presents that I, WILLIAM SPICER, of Orange County, Parish of St. Mark's .. make over unto EDWARD WARE of same .. one bay Gelding with small star on his forehead .. feather bed, furniture .. and about 1000 pounds of tobacco .. for sum of 6.09.11 and 146 lbs. of Tobacco which William Spicer is indebted to Edward Ware . . . . 5 Nov 1745.
