      Unto my beloved daughter Elizabeth Gatewood twenty shillings
      sterling and likewise to my daughter Dorothy Gatewood twenty shillings.
      Unto my dearly beloved wife Elizabeth Dudley during her life my whole estate, all my Negros, and after her decease to my beloved, son Pete Dudley.
      Peter shall take care to see his three sisters Frances, Mary and Margaret Dudley be brought up until they be at age.

      Unto welbeloved son Thomas Gresham one Negro woman Jenny when he shall come to the age of twenty one years
      Unto my welbeloved wife Mary Gresham and my five sons Robert Gresham, Thomas Gresham, and William Gresham and Charles Gresham and John Gresham eleven head of cattle equally divided.
      Unto my welbeloved wife and my five sons all my personall estate equally all my hoggs, beds, horses and dishes and plates.
      My well beloved wife Mary look after my Children till they shall come of age twenty one years.

Escheated from William McKenny, dec'd., for 100 acs., by inquisition under John Robinson, Esqr., Esch'r., 16 Feb. 1726, to Charles Gresham; since whose death some dispute arising between Edmund Bagge, Gent., devisee & Ex'or, of John Bagge, Clerk, & Mary Gresham, Widow of sd. Charles, about their right to the sd. land; & at a Council held at the Capitol, 14 Dec. 1726, the Honourable Robert Carter, Esqr., President, &c., with the advice of said Council was pleased to grant sd, land to sd, Mary Gresham, &c. Survey returned by Robert Brooks for 76 acs. 2 Lbs. Tobacco.
