Lease for lives of Simon Williams his son and Mary Williams his daughter. 150 acres in St. Mark's Parish on the north side of the River Rappidanne, part of 40,000 acres granted to Alexander Spotswood and called the Spotsylvania tract.
      Annual rent, 800 pounds of tobacco to be paid at some convenient landing on Rappahannock River within the county of Spotsylvania Robert Williams within four years shall plant 300 good frutt trees whereof one third at least to be apple trees.
