I lend to my beloved wife, Mary Smith, all my whole estate to my son, James Smith .. he paying his brother, Charles Smith .. rest of my children, namely, William Smith, Gracy Malory, Sarah Richards .. my two grandchildren, Austin Smith & Mary Smith .. my granddaughter, Patty Richards .. (after wife's decease, estate divided among) .. all my children: Charles Smith, Wm. Smith, John Smith, James Smith, Gracy Malory, Sarah Richards .. appoint my sons, William Smith and James Smith, executors this 27th day of February 1781.
