Will of William Beezley, being sick and weak of body, dated 21 Jan 1718, [1719]
To my eldest son William fifty acres of land adjoining to the plantation where he now lives. After his decease to his eldest son William.
To my son Benjamin forty acres of land adjoining to the plantation where he now lives and also all the land I have of that side of the branch next to John Pitts.
To my son Henry fifty acres of land lying next to my son Benjamin.
To my son John fifty acres of land lying next to my son Henry's land.
All the remaining part of my land to my son Charles Beezly.
Unto my loveing wife Mary Beezly all my personal estate.

THIS INDENTURE made the Sixteenth day of May 1737 Between BENJAMIN BEASLEY of the Parish of Saint Anne in the County of Essex of one part and MARK BOULWARE of the Parish & County aforesd Witnesseth that the sd Benjamin Beasley for the sum of One thousand & Thirty pounds of Tobacco doth grant unto the sd Mark Boulware his heirs and assigns for ever one certain parcel of land in the Parrish & County aforesaid begining at a small red oake and Hickery Corner to lands of JOHN WILLARD, SILVESTER PATTY and also to the sd Mark Boulwares Whereon AUGUSTINE ATHERTON now lives thence bounding with the said Mark Boulwares line to the sd Benja. Beasleys Spring Branch thence down the same binding thereon its several courses to JOHN HITTs Deceased land thence North with the line of sd land crossing Dorses Spring Branch to a White oak corner to said Hitts Deceased standing in the said John Willard's line to the beginning including Ten acres . . .

At a Court held for Essex County at Tappa. on the lath day of September MDCCXXXVII Benjamin Beasley acknowledged this Indenture with Livery & Seizen thereon endorsed to be his act and deed and then ELIZABETH BEASLEY freely relinquished her right of Dower in the lands which on the motion of the sd Mark Boulware is admitted to record,===

Will of Bennet Beasley of the County of Orange, dated 7 Jan. 1758.
Matthew Peatross and Mary Peatross should be paid £6.3.-each when they come of age which is there due of there father's estate and the said Matthew to be paid his due share of the rents came by the land in Caroline County which is at £4.10.- per year from the year 1756.
The land I bought of Benjamin Porter being 360 acres should be sold at the discretion of my executors for money.
To my beloved wife Ann all my household goods and three head of cattle her choice, and one horse named Champion and one Negro wench Nan.
All the rest of my estate should be sold and the money be for the use of my son Jeremiah Beasley with the money arising by the sale of the above mentioned land to be laid out and kept at the discretion of the executors till my said son comes of age.
The land and plantation whereon I now live should not be sold but my said wife to have her life in it and after to return to my said. son.
