      W. W. 28 (no month) 1781---W. P. 8 March 1784
      Son George Ball-land whereon I live.
      Son Richard Ball-negro girl Jeanye, and five silver spoons, and if he should die before he comes of age or married, the said negro or negroes to be equally divided among all my children.
      I lend my wife-negroes Juda, Winny, and Molley, and a equal part of my personal estate with the children, and a third of my land, and at her death to be equally divided among all my children,but if she should take her thirds of my estate, then the above gift to be divided among all my children, and her thirds to be divided among all my children at her death.
      To grandchild Frances Edwards-one negro Nan, that I lent to my daughter Hannah Edwards, and little Tom to be left in the hands of my executor 'till the said Frances Edwards should come to the age of twenty one or marriage, and if she should die before she comes to the age of twenty one or marriage, the said negroes to be equally divided among all my children, and George Edwards shall never be concerned with the said negroes that I leave my grandchild.
      Rest of my estate to be equally divided between my children George Ball, Frances Ball, Betty Ball, Nancy Ball, Grace Ball, and Richard Ball.
      Son George Ball, son Richard Ball, and my brother George Ball's son David Ball, executors.
      Witness: Sarah Smithers, John Smithers, Frances Ball, and George Smithers.
