Wife Mary Sebree-to receive a comfortable maintainance from my estate during her natural life.
Son William Sebree-one shilling.
Daughters Winifred Astin, and Hannah Ashburne-the land whereon I now live, negro woman Nan and her increase, together with the residue of my estate, to be equally divided between them as my executors think most convenient.
Friends and sons-in-law George Astin, and Thomas Ashburne,executors.
