      Son William-the plantation whereon my grandfather formerly lived, being part of a parcel of land formerly patented by Richard Rice and Thomas Adams, land joining to the land of Warrick and the land. of Hannah Higgins where Peter Ashburn now lives, to a branch thence up said branch to the head thereof with a straight line to a poplar that stands by the road joining to Warricks land,
      Son George-the plantation where my father formerly lived, bounded by swamps and branches and the land that John Rice now lives on.
      If son George should die before he attains the age of twenty one his land to fall to my son Richard.
      Son Richard-my new dwelling plantation with all the residue of my land. if son Richard should die before he attains the age of twenty one his land to fall to my son George-
      To my son being now about three weeks old and not christened-a negro boy named Harry, and if he should die before he attains to the age of twenty one the negro boy to fall unto my estate again. Wife Elizabeth Rice-to have use of all the rest of my estate during her natural life or widowhood and after her death or marriage all my aforesaid estate to be equally divided between my nine children vizt: Elizabeth, Williams, Sukey, Richard,George, Judith, Sarah, and the son and daughter that are now about three weeks old and not christened.
