Langsdell, John

Son John Langsdell-parcel of land begining at the bottom of the neck and runing up the neck to a cove that is opposite to "Humphris Island", and that makes up into my land, and from the said cove across the woods to a swamp that runs from the Ware landing, to him and the heirs lawfully begotten of his body.
To sons Richard and Benjamin Langsdell-the upper part of my land, the one on one side of the road and the other on the other side of the road, to them and the lawfully begotten heirs of their bodies, and if either should die without such issue£the survivor, to have his land.
If my son John should die without lawful issue of his body, then my whole tract of land to be equally divided between my three sons
Richard, Benjamin, and William, and the lawfully begotton heirs of their bodies.
Son John-the use of all my personal estate, and he to bring up my young children and maintain them until my daughter Winifred attains to the age of eighteen years or marriage, and then it is to be equally divided amongst all my children.
