Wife Grace Burn-five negroes Great Frank, Jamy, George, Judy and her child.
Son John Burn-all my estate of what nature or kind except my books, which I give to my friend Samuel Hamilton.
Wife Grace Burn, and brother-in-law George Ball, executors.
If my son John Burn should die without heirs, I then give all my lands to my cousin Samuel Garlington.
To my cousins William, Samuel, John, and Morris Garlington, Judith, and Elizabeth Bashford, all my negroes and personal estate that was given to my son John, to be equally divided between them and their heirs.
