      IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen. I ISAAC WEAVER being sick in body but p:fect in memory doe make this my Last Will & Testament as followeth:
      Imprimis. I doe bequeath my Soule unto God and my body to the earth to be decently buried, hopeing through Jesus Christ that my Soule & body shall come together at the last day in joyful resurection by the mediation & sufferings of his death & passion, And as for my worldly Estate, I doe hereon give & dispose as followeth ;
      First (next after all debts is duly discharged) I doe herein give & dispose unto MARY MAYES, the Daughter of HENRY MAYES, one cowe calfe, togehter with her future increase to her the sd: MARY & her heires for ever; And as for the rest of my whole Estate eyther goods chattells lands moveables & unmoveables, p:sonall and reall, all & every pte: or p:cell unto mee belonging, I doe herein freely give and bequeath unto my loveing Godsonne, THOMAS GASKINS JUNIOR, to him the sd: GASKINS his heires or assignes for ever; In Witness to all here above written, I have hereunto sett my hand & seale this thirteenth day of January 1663.
