      Recorded: 4 April 1743
      Wife Elizabeth Barrot-all my estate during her widowhood.
      All my daughters-shall live on my land during their maiden lives and not to be disturbed.
      Son John Barrot-one hundred acres of land at the upper end of my land, in lieu of the estate that John Wood left him,
      Son George Barrot-one hundred acres of land next joining to my son John Barrots land.
      Son William Barrot-plantation where I now live, with all the rest of my land not before given.
      Each of my five daughters-a young negro.
      David Lattimore made oath that the above will was dictated to him by sd.. Barrot, and the sd dec'd expressed himself well satisfied with the gift to his daughters of a young negro apiece, but died while that bequeath was written by sd. Lattimore, and that no other person was present,

      To Thomas [ ] a certain parcel of land bounded with a branch on which my log house now stands.
      To John Shaddock-parcel of land from that branch to the next branch all belonging to me, the branches being called the "Deep Branch".
      All the rest of my land as far as the two thousand acres I leave to Mr. Daniel Delane [Daniel Dulany], living at Anoppilas. [Annapolis, Maryland]
      To Easter Barrat, my house cuper(keeper)- one thousand pounds of tobacco to be paid out of my own tobacco house, my best bed and furniture, and she is not to be mistreated on my plantation during her life.
      To little Mary Hughlett-a young cow and calf.
      To John Shaddock-one small bed and furniture, one pot and pan.
      The said John Shaddock-to work for Easter Barrat two whole years.
      Negro fellow Tom-to work for Ester two years,and then to Mr. Delane.
      Rest of my estate of stock, household goods and cattle, to Ester Barrat during her life and then to Mr.Daniel Delane. Colonel Peter Presley, and Captain Samuel Blackwell executors,
