KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I GEORGE ANDREWS of the County of Rappa:, Plantr., with the consent of my Wife, ELIZABETH, for divers good causes and valuable consideration me thereunto moving but more especially for the sum of Twelve hundred pounds of Tobb: in caske the whole sum in hand reced of Mr. XPHER BLACKBURNE of the same County, Plantr., to me the sd ANDREWS have conveyed and made over all my right title and interest of a parcell of land on the North side of the BEAVERDAM joyning on the land of the heires of EDWARD BERRY and do warrant the sd land from me my heires to Mr. XPHER BLACKBURNE his heires forever or from all persons whatsoever that will lay any claime unto the sd land In Witness whereof the sd GEORGE ANDREWS and ELIZABETH his Wife have sett their hands and seales this 28th day of 10bris 1686
