      BE IT KNOWNE unto all men by these presents that I EDWARD GUNSTOCKER of the County of Rappa. hath demised leased and to farm letten unto JOHN EASTER and WM. GEERE of the County aforesaid part of the land that the said GUNSTOCKER now liveth on, that is to say, what they the said EASTER and GEERE shall have occasion for and can tend, they or either of them or either of their Servants both of the woodland and Plantation from time to time and at all times during the full term of ten yeares after date of these prsents together with the benefitt of hunting fishing fowling and all other prevelidges in as full manner as is belonging to him the sd GUNSTOCKER as alsoe wt. Timber they have occasion for the use of the Plantation in consideration whereof the sd EASTER & GEERE doe hereby jointly obleidge themselves to work wt: hands he the sd GUNSTOCKER now hath or hereafter shall procure during the before mentioned time haveing a full share of wt. crops that shall be by them made if they be sufficient or otherways as they the partys above mentioned shall hereafter agree and wt: hands he the said GUNSTOCKER shall have to put into the Crop shall bee put in yearly between the first of November & the last of Febry: and alsoe the said EASTER and GEERE are to build at their own proper cost wtsoever houses they or either of them have occasion for either themselves or for their hands during the aforesaid terme and he tho said GUNSTOCKER likewise to procure sufficient housing for wt: hands ho hath or shall have during the terme of time and further the said EASTER and GEERE doth covent. to pay to him or order two capons yearly on the 25th of xber as an acknowledgement and alsoe at the expiration of the Terme of time to leave all houses and fences that shall be by them made in sufficient tenantable repaire: In confirmtion whereof and for the true pformance the parties have sett their hands and seals this 28th of October 1682
