IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen, I ROBERT YOUNG of Lancastr: County being sick in body but of sound and p:fect memory thanks be given unto God do make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme folowing; Imprimise and principally, I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it me and my body to be buried in Christian and docent manner at the discretion of my Executr: hereafter named, And as for what Estate God hath been pleased to bless me with in this life, I give and dispose of it as folloveth;
Item. I give and bequeath unto my youngest Son, THOMAS YOUNG, one Mill called and known by the name of MORATICOE MILL, scituate at the head of MORATTICO CREEK, in the County of Lancastr; aforesd,, with all the appertenances theretunto belonging or appertaining unto him his heires for ever,
Item. I give and bequeath unto my sd. Son, THOMAS YOUNG, and his heires for ever, my Plantation where I now dwell upon houses and fenceing wth: all the land thereunto be-longing containing One hundred and fifty acres scituate in the County of Lancaster aforesd.,
Item. I give and bequeath unto my Eldest Son, BRYAN YOUNG. and his heires, one Negro man called Mingo, and one Negro boy called Noddy, as also one feather bed rugg and blankett;
Item. I give and bequeath unto my youngest Son. THOMAS YOUNG, one Negro woman called Frank and one white Servt., by name JOHN BRADFORT:
Item. I give and bequeath unto my Eldest Son, BRYAN YOUNG. fifteen head of cattle to be some of them coves and some young cattell suitable out of my stock;
Item. I give and bequeath unto my youngest Son, THOMAS YOUNG. all the residue of my goods cattail and chattells whom I do constitute and ordains to be sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last Will and Testamt., As Witness my hand and seal this the thirteenth day of April! Anno Domini 1705

KNOW ALL MEN by these prsents that I MARY WRIGHT of the County of Rappae: doe freely give unto BRIANT YOUNG, the Sonne of ROBERT YOUNG, of the same County, one red Cow with an undr: keele on the left eare and two heiffers, one 3 yeares old the other 2 yrs. old: wch: sd heiffers is marked with a crop & a slitt on the right eare wch sd Cow and heiffers I the said MARY WRIGHT doe give unto the said BRIANT YOUNG to him and his heires forever, with their encrease, and the said marks of the heiffers to be recorded for him. As Witness my hand this 7th day of January

BEE IT KNOWN unto all men by these prsents that I MARY WRIGHT of the County of Rappak: in the Parish of Farnham, doe make my well beloved Freind, ROBERT YOUNG, of the said County of Rappak: in Parish of Farnham, to be my lawful attorney to record such cattell as I had & appointed him for BRIANT YOUNG and doe alsoe allow him and give him as much power as if I my selfe was in prsence as Witness my hand & Seale this 7th day of January 1679/80
