      TO ALL PEOPLE to whom this present writing shall come. I ROBERT MOSS of ye County of Rappae: send Greeting. Know yee that I ye said ROBERT MOSS for diverse good causes & espetially for ye love & affection me thereunto mooving that I beare unto JEREMIAH PARKER, second Sonne of THOMAS PARKER & of ELLINOR his Wife, have given unto ye said JEREMIAH PARKER, Son of THOMAS PARKER, one Cow Calfe about ye age of two months marked wth a crop & staple in ye cropp on ye left eare & ye right eare whole, To have & to hold said Cow Calfe & all & singular ye female increase of ye same until ye said JEREMIAH PARKER shall attaine ye age of eighteen yeares hereby giveing & granting unto THOMAS PARKER, Father of ye said JEREMIAH PARKER, his heires & assignes for his own care in keeping & looking after sd Cow Calfe in ye meantime & her increase all & singular ye male increase & ye milk of ye female, & after ye said JEREMIAH PARKER shall come to age of Eighteen yeares as abovesd. both male & female to ye use of ye said JEREMIAH his heires & assignes forever Provided that if ye said JEREMIAH PARKER shall depart this life before he attaine ye age of Eighteen years that then ye above said donation shall be & descend to ye propper use & behoofe of THOMAS PARKER, Father of ye said JEREMIAH PARKER, & his heires for ever but in case ye said JEREMIAH survive ye tearme of yeares above specified then it shall & may be lawful for him to have all ye prmises both male & female wthout any matter of demand of me ye said ROBERT MOSS or any pson whatsoever for me & wthout any money or other being therefore yielded to me ye said ROBERT MOSS my heires forever. Know yee that I ye said ROBERT MOSS have put ye said THOMAS PARKER in ye behalfe of his said Sonne, JEREMIAH, in quiet possession of ye prmises hereby ratifying this prsent writing In Witness whereof I have subscribed my name & sett my seale ye 4th of June 1678

      BEE IT KNOWN unto all men by these presents that we LODOWICK ROWZEE and JOHN ROWZEE of County of Rappa. do for ourselves our heirs sell and sett over unto JEREMIA PARKER of sd County of Rappa. for the consideration of Four hundred and fifty pounds of Tobb: and caske according to Act to us in hand paid all the land containing Forty acres be it more or less that lyeth on the West side of OCCUPACIE CREEK between the line of the land that PARKER purchased of us the sd LODOWICK ROWZEE and JOHN ROWZEE and runing along the sd line from the first beginning tree a marked red Oake to a red Oke sapling and the mane Creek of OCCUPACIE which sd line of marked trees is his inward bounds and the sd Creek the "outward" bounds To have and to hold from us the said LODOWICK and JOHN ROWZEE and our heirs unto JEREMIA PARKER and his heirs and wee doe grant the sd JEREMIA PARKER quiett peaceable possession and enjoyment of the sd land and also to his heirs without the lett hindrance or ejection clame or dames of any persons that shall or may lay dame thereunto Witness our hands and seales this first day of June Ano Dom 1689

      BE IT KNOWN unto all men that wee JEREMIAH PARKER & REBECKAH my Wife of County of Essex for ye valuable consideracon of Seven hundred pounds of law full tobacco to us in hand paid doe by these presents for ever make from us our heirs unto JOHN PARKER, our Brother, of ye sd County of Fssex and to his heires & assignes for ever, all that land that I the said JEREMIAH PARKER bought of LODWICK & JOHN ROWZEE, together with the adjacent land that I had by Gift from my Father, THOMAS PARKER SENR., (be ye sd land more or less) and lying on OCCUPACON CREEK in ye abovesd. County & do herewith assigne to him ye sd JOHN PARKER all ye writings, deeds, evidences belonging & to ye sd lands appertaining To have and to hold & to enjoy to him ye sd JOHN PARKER & his heirs & assignes forever, together with all houses fences woods waters & marshes thereon belonging with all priviledges thereunto incident and appertaining without ye lett & ejection & with warranty peaceably to enjoye from all claimes of all persons that shall lay claime to ye sd land & to any part thereof from or under as ye sd JEREMIAH PARKER & REBECKAH our heires & other of them and we have hereby possessed ye sd JOHN PARKER with sd land & appurtenances by Livery & seizin of Turff & Twogg utterly quitting & by these presents relinquishing all our rights to ye sd appurtenances with all deeds, writings & evidences which may belong, In Confirmation of all & ever of these above recited premisses, wee hereunto set our hands and seales this 2d day of November Anno Dom 1694
