      This will did not have the usual headings for wills of the period and was overlooked. It should have been included in the 1750-1770 volume,
      Northumberland County Virginia Record. Book #7 page 83.

      All my real and personal estate to John Grahame my wifes grandson except the negro girl Hannah which I formerly gave to Margaret Zuille, daughter of my comrade and friend Mr. Mathew Zuille, reserving for my wife as good and genteel living as she had as my wife.
      I order that the said John Grahame as soon as he qualified to be bound an apprentice to a surgeon in Edinburgh for five years, and if possible to the same master that George Steptoe is bound; to study Phisick, Anatomy, Botany, Chimestry or any other class, Hall Infirmary and hospital to complete if possible him a phisician, and when done with his studies to either return to Virginia or go to London to attend the infirmarys and hospitals for six or twelve months.
      If my executors think that the profits of my estate will not pay my debts and maintain my wife and the said John Grahame as above, then my executors to sell my land. in Richmond Co., my mill, my horses, cattle, sheep and hogs and as many slaves or servants as necessary.
      John Grahame as soon as he arrives in Virginia to make a deed to Doctor William Flood for the land and houses called "Kensaile"; if he refuses I revoke all gifts and bequest here given him. Friends the Hon. Presley Thornton, Thomas Jones, David. Boyd, Newton Keene, and Rodham Kenner, to be my executors.

      1735-1743 King George County Deed Book 2 (Antient Press); pp. 20-22 Indenture made 1st April 1736 between SAMUEL PRIM of King George County Planter & ELIZABETH his wife & MARTIN FFRANCIS of same county Planter of one part and GEORGE FISHPOOL of same county Gent. .. for sum Thirty five pounds current money of Virginia .. sold 50 acres whereon Samuel Prim lives in parish Hanover .. bounded on lands of EDMOND BARKER, ELINOR WHITRIDGE, JOHN DRAKE & WILLIAM DEAKINS & WILLIAM TATE and is part of land formerly in possession of MARTIN FFISHER the Elder deced who by his Last Will dated 11th January 1699 among other things therein mentioned gave all his land to be equally divided between his son Martin Fisher & his Daughter ELIZABETH KITCHEN .. his son Martin to have first choice & after the death of sd Martin Fisher the Elder the sd. land was by consent of Martin Fisher the Younger and sd Elizabeth Kitchen equally divided between them & the premises hereby granted is part of the divident allotted to sd Elizabeth Kitchen which by her Deed conveyed unto her Daughter the sd. Elizabeth Prim the sd Deed among records of county of King George ..
