      - Commission of Administration is granted to Wm Webb (as Marrying the Relict of Hugh Williams deceased) upon the Estate of the said Williams, he giving in security to the next court hold on the North side the river to be accompatable for and deliver the same to this working Court or to whome it shall properly belong when returned.
      - Ordered that the Estate of Hugh Williams deceased (upon the estate of said Williams he giving in Security to the next Court holden on the North side of the river to be accompatble for and deliver the same to this working Court oer to whome it shall properly belong when required.
      - Ordered that the Estate of HUGH WILLIAMS deced be inventoried & apprized on the 17th Instant by EDWARD GEORGE and HENRY VINCEN and that Mr, ANTHO: SAVAGE meet at the time and place to administer Oath to the Apprizers to make a true and just Apprismt. of the said Estate that shall be brought to their veiw and to ye Widdow and Relict of the said WILLIAMS to make a true discovery of the same to the Apprizers; And they to make returne thereof to the next Court holden on ye North side the River

      - Referance is granted between ALICE GOULDMAN Plt. and MARY, the Relict of HUGH WILLIAMS, until next Court to be held on the North side the River and then to be finally determined

      BE IT KNOWN unto all men by these presents that I WILLIAM WEBB before Wedlock to Mrs. MARY WILLIAMS do give the said MRS. WILLIAMS free leave and 188 liberty to dispose of the part of her Estate hereafter men coned to her three Children (Viz.) to her Eldest Daughter MARY WOOD, one hundred acres of land out of five hundred acres of land that was bought of Mr. FRANCIS HALE on the North side of the Rappa: River; also one gray Mare of four years old with all her female increase to her and her heirs forever. To WILLIAM WOOD One hundred acres out of ye same Divident and where JOHN JONES now liveth; also one Mare of two years old with all her female increase to him and his heirs forever Also to MARY and WILLIAM WOOD three head of Cattle all bred out of the Stock of their Father, WILLIAM WOOD, deceasd. them and their female increase forever to them and their heires forever. Also to KATHARINE WILLIAMS One hundred acres of land out of the above menconed divident, one Mare Filly with all her female increase to her and her heires forever. Also two breeds of Cattle of the Stock Mr. HUGH WILLIAMS deced them and all their female increase forever. the said Mares & Cattle to be delivered and recorded for their proper use by the last of January next insuing, Also their land to be in like manner recorded by him or them that the sd MARY WILLIAMS shall think most fitt and in case of mortality of any of these three heare menconed Children their Estate above menconed to fall to the other that shall be living if two be left to be equally divided if one to have it fully and wholly to itselfe; To this Gift I the above menconed WILLIAM WEBB do freely condercind it being our Agreement made betwixt us before wee ware married. Witness my hand and seal this sixth of November 1685
