The certificates and plats of the tract of land called Maidens Fancy and part of the tract of land called Waters' Purchase, now in possession of Samuel Waters, William Waters, Thomas Waters, and Arnold Waters, with the several divisions therein made, showing each of us with our distinct part or parts of the aid lands, being agreeable to the will of our father, John Waters (late of Prince George's County).
