Jul 4, 1777 from John Watson of M, planter, to John Reynell and Samuel Coates of the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for 800 £, to be equally divided between them as tenants in common and not as joint tenants, 2 tracts of land in M, the first lying on Slago Branch, being part of a tract of land called Labyrinth, containing about 240 acres, bounded by a line of a tract of land called Josephs Park at or near the NW corner of a parcel of land laid out for John Ramsey, then to the land of John Madding. The second is a tract of land patented by Frederick Lord Baltimore to the sd John Watson on Aug 2, 1766, called Rockingham, and laid out for 12 acres, lying in M, bounded by a tract of land called Refuse, a tract of land called Joseph's Park upon the head of Slago Branch.
