      Bond held against nephew Judah BOONE for £199-12-2 to be divided between him and his brother Moses.
      To nephew James BOONE walnut chest, rifle, etc., also £100 due on bond of William HUGHES.
      To Martha wife of George HUGHES, £20, remainder of said bond.
      To Rachel wife of William WILCOCKSON, bond of Samuel BOONE for £105.
      Bond of Isaiah BOONE for £184 divided as follows: £50 to Anna wife of Abraham LINCOLN, £50 to Mary wife of Thomas LEE, £20 to Mary HUGHES and remainder to said Isaiah BOONE.

John Boone of the Province of Pennsylvania, County of Berks recorded 6 Oct. 1761, made I Oct. 1761 between John Hollly [sic] ofPGC, planter, for 112 pounds 10 shillings cm, sells tract called "Fellowship," beginning at the original beginning tree of said tract before it was resurveyed, M&B given for 172 acres,.       of Maryland, by his patent dated Oct 28, 1747, confirmed to William Digges, a certain tract of land called Fellowship, in Prince George's County, but since the division of the Counties, Frederick County, containing about 172 acres (including the original tract of 100 acres called Fellowship, granted by patent of Nov 4, 1726 to John Powell and John Flint in fee, who, by their deed (recorded in the Clerk's Office at Prince George's County in Book M fol. 143 &c) granted to the same to Grove Tomlinson in fee, who, by his deed (recorded in sd Office in Book Q fol. 367 &c) granted the same to [Blank] Gore in fee, who, by his deed (recorded or intended to be recorded in the sd Office) granted the same to William Hayth in fee, who, by his deed dated Dec 7, 1745 (recorded in the sd Office in Book BB foli. 499 &c (granted the same to the sd William Digges in fee), to hold, the sd tract of 172 acres of land afd, as in and by the sd recited patent (recorded in the Land Office in Book BT and BY No. 3 folio 318. And whereas the sd William Digges, by his deed (recorded in the Clerk's Office of Frederick County afd in Book B fol. 556) granted the sd tract of about 172 acres, to John Hally in fee. The last recited patent was recorded in the Land Office in Book BC and GS fol 722. And whereas the sd Zachariah White, by his deed dated Oct 17, 1772 (recorded in Frederick County afd in Book P fol. 415
      &c) granted the same to the sd John Boone in fee. And whereas also James White, by deed dated Oct 17, 1772, granted to the sd John Boone, all that part of a tract of land called New Addition, lying in Frederick County, beginning in the 6th line of sd Fellowship, containing 24H acres. And also all that part of a tract of land called Mill Seat, lying in Frederick County, bounded by a tract of land called Good Luck, then to the beginning of Fellowship, containing 10 acres. The last recited deed was recorded in Frederick County Book P fol. 443. Now this deed witnesses that the sd John Boone, for 200 £money of Pennsylvania, sells to sd Judah Boone, all those, the above mentioned and described 4 contiguous tracts of land in M, containing, together, about 215; acres. And also all that part of a tract of land called Mill Seat, lying in Frederick County, beginning at a tract of land called Good Luck, then to Fellowship, containing 10 acres (recorded at Frederick County in Book P fol 448). And whereas the sd John Boone, by deed dated Apr 2, 1779, granted to the sd Judah Boone, all those, the above mentioned and described 4 contiguous tracts of land, lying in M, containing, together, about 2151/2 acres, under the yearly quit rent due for the same, as in and by the last recited deed (recorded in Liber A folio 268 &c among the Land Records of M), now this deed witnesses that the sd Judah Boone and Hannah, his wife, for 3000 money of Pennsylvania to them in hand paid by sd Peter Aston, grant to sd Aston all those, the sd afd 4 tracts of land. On Jun 12, 1780 came Charles Shoemaker, one of the witnesses to the within deed, and likewise, to the power of atty, and affirmed that he saw Judah Boone and Hannah Boone, sign, seal, and deliver the same deed and power of atty, and deposes that Collinson Read, the other witness, was present at the signing, sealing, and delivery of this instrument of writing. Affirmed before us - Richard Thompson*, Thos. Beall of Geo*.
