Jeremiah Belt. Signed John Belt in the presence of Samuel Owings, Jr., Samuel Owings and acknowledged before Samuel Owings, Jr., Samuel Worthington (JP's of Baltimore County, Maryland and at the same time Mulkah Belt wife of John Belt relinquished her right of dower
