I, John Anderson Sr of CC, for the natural love I have for my son-in-law, Edwd Burch of CC, millwright, and also for divers other good causes, part of a tract of land which I have lately taken up, lying in CC, bounded by a Spanish Oak standing near a Coach Road, it being a bounded tree of a tract of land belonging to Jas Tompson, and likewise a bounded tree of a tract of land belonging to Gab Morgan, Gab Moran's land, a tract of land called New Bradford (part now in the possession of John Pidgeon, the other in possession of Joseph Gates), containing about 94 acres.
