Mr. Richard Stone swore that he heard his father and mother say when he was a child that they put a ram over to Mr. Wilkisson's and that Turner killed it and that it was discovered by a servant, Mr. Henry Addames swore that Mrs. Margery Brent died and left some heifers in this deponent's charge, one of which Capt. Price gave him notice had a calf and that they had been in Slingsbees' field and that they later saw her bellowing and Turner claimed to have rescued the calf; 2 years after this Turner made satisfaction to Mr. Mary Brent; Turner acknowledged to have take up the calf-, John Waltom, age ca 40 years swore that Mr. Tuner demanded of James Boutin 60# of tobacco which Turner said he had paid to John Nevill for accompanying said Boutin; James Boutin denied to allow this; Turner said he though Thomas Stone would allow this as he had done like courtesies for him July 27th, James Nevill

Bernard Johnson, dec'd, late of that portion of Calvert County now Prince George's County possessed several parcels of land; one called Dove's Nest formerly laid out for Nathaniel Truman sold to Bernard Johnson of 150 acres on the west side of the Patuxent at the head of Swanston's Creek; the other called Dove's Peirch containing 200 acres; these lands by legal descent came to Mary, Elizabeth, Catharine and Martha, the 4 surviving daughters and co-heirs of their father; Mary has now married Philip Willery; Elizabeth married Hugh Williams, planter of Prince George's County; Catharine has married Paul Rawlings, planter of Prince George's County; Martha has married Thomas Nelson, planter of Prince George's County; by indenture bearing date of 10 Aug 1702 between the above daughter and their husbands the land was divided into 4 equal parts; for the sum of 46£Philip Willery and his wife Mary sold her portion of the land to William Wilkerson; bounded by the main branch of the Piscataway, Hugh Williams spring branch to Bridge Branch; containing 87 1/2 acres
