      Indenture made September 6, 1760; John Tucker, planter in consideration of 62 pounds 10 shillings current money of Maryland paid by Alexander Campbell, laborer has sold all the several tracts of land called "Hogg Pen" part was heretofore on April 28, 1714 purchased of George Gentle by Thomas Tucker, deceased the father of John Tucker and the other part purchased by the said Thomas Tucker from William Hollie on October 15, 1726 containing together 130 acres of land; also one other tract of land called Tucker's Addition granted to the said Thomas Tucker on June 10, 1720 for 60 acres. Signed John Tucker in the presence of John Hepburn, Samuel Hepburn and acknowledged before John Hepburn and at the same time Drusilla Tucker w/o John Tucker relinquished her right of dower
