I, Jane Aimy Richards of CC, being sick and weak in body, but of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To sister Pricey Ann Downing all the interest in the tract of land on which I now live, and the stock of cattle I have.
To heirs of my deceased brother Paulsias Richards, 30 dollars.
To niece Mary Jane Young, 1 bed and furniture.
To sister Pricey Ann Downing, the use of negroes; Henry, Sandy and Clarisa Ann, during her life and then to her children.
