      I, Andrew Baillie of CC, being of perfect mind and memory;
      To daughter Sarah Dyson, the whole of my estate, real and personal, in fee simple.
      Item: But my wish is that her son Andrew Baillie Dyson have my land except that his father and mother sell it and get better land for him. Also the following negroes, Andrew, George, Bill Short, Frederick, Tom Short, Berinda, Isace and Jacob.
      Item: Also my wish is that her {Sarah Dyson} daughter Mary should have the following negroes; Kitty, Peter, Benly, Charity and her children, and Millys children Jesse, Congo and Sarah.

      I, John Booker Meek of CC planter, being but weak in body but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
      After my debts are paid and my wife's thrids taken I devise and bequeath as follows:
      To sons Thomas Meek, Richard Brett Meek, Joseph Harrison Meek, all lands divided equally
      After my debts are paid and my wife's thirds taken I devise and bequeath my personal estate as follows:
      To sons Thomas Meek, Richard Brett Meek, Joseph Harrison Meek, daughter Mary Posey, and my grandchildren, Sarah Sutherland and William Sutherland, one part between them, and to Walter Sutherland one shilling sterling.
