      Indenture made August 28, 1813; Gabriel Moran of Wayne County, Kentucky and William Canter Moran of Mason County, Kentucky in consideration of $200 current money of United States paid by Margaret Wood Moran has sold two undivided 11th parts of two tracts called "Boarman's Manor" and "Hard Purchase" which is the dwelling plantation of the late Gabriel Moran Sr., deceased who devised the same by his last will and testament to his 11 children.
