Indenture made June 6, 1816; Joseph Johnson and Susanna Johnson his wife in consideration of $100 current money of United States paid by Margaret Wood Naylor has sold all that undivided 1/11th part of two tracts of land comprising the dwelling plantation whereon Gabriel Moran Sr., late of CC deceased lived and died one being part of "Boarman's Manor" and the other "Hard Purchase" contiguous to each other lying near Bryan Town and containing 180 acres as by reference to the last will and testament of Gabriel Moran will more fully and at length appear.
