      Indenture made June 18, 1787; William Bates Wilson and Amelia Wilson his wife, planters of Montgomery County, Maryland in consideration of 5 shillings sterling money of Great Britain has sold to William Hutchinson, Jr., part of a tract called "Prices"; also "Honorberrys" being parts of a tract called "Beanes Landing" which were devised by his late grandfather Lingan Wilson, deceased to him and containing in the whole 60 acres. Signed William B. Wilson, Amelia Wilson (and relinquished her right of dower) in the presence of and acknowledged before David Craufurd, John Smith Brookes
