Securities = Zephaniah Frankling and George Allen. Bond = 200 £Appraisers; William McOndew & Robert Sennet, On Sep 30, 1777, the inventory was received, appraised at 154 £14 shillings 4 pence. Sep 15, 1778, recd and additional inventory, amounting to 2 £0 shillings 0 pence.

      The account of David Lyndsay Ward, executor of James Scott, late of CC, decd.
      Debts include: the inventory of sd decd's estate, exhibited into the Orphan Court on Sep 30, 1777, appraised to 154 £14 shillings 4 pence; flax seed, a young hog. tobacco. The whole amount: 161 £19 shillings 4 pence.
      Disbursements went to: burying the decd and his wife, they dying within 3 days of each other; this accountant for clothing the decd's family; Capt Gerrard Fowke per judgment against the decd, Nov Court 1775; Glasford and Company per bond proved by Mr. Robert Mundell; Mr. Thomas Stone; Violetta Hanson; William Hanson, Sheriff, for 2 years' levies; Walter Hanson, Register, for letters and recording will and inventory and this account. Estate overpaid deducted: 19 shillings 7 pence.
      Final Account: 161 £19 shillings 4 pence. Securities: Zephaniah Frankling and George Allen of CC. Proved on Sep 15, 1778 by afd David Lindsay Ward.
