I, Giles Green of CC, being old and infirm, but of perfect sound mind, memory and understanding;
To son Joseph Green, tract "Durham" whereon I now dwell. Also, negroes; Charles, Nan and her child Sophia. Also ½ part of my stock and household furniture, and the half part of all other personal property, provided he pay unto my son Benjamin Green the sum of 50 pounds current money.
To son Benjamin Green, negroes Anthony and Nell. Also 100 pounds current money to be paid him by my sons Joseph & Zachariah Green.
To son Zachariah Green, negroes; Barbara, Agnes and her 2 children Milly and Ann, negro Pat and her child Elizabeth. Also negroes Jerry, Lewis, John and Catherine and the half part of my stock and household furniture, and one half part of all other personal property, provided he pay unto my son Benjamin Green the sum of 50 pounds current money.
To son Francis Green, negroes; Tom, Frederick, Rachel, Susanna and Jude. Also 1 feather bed and furniture, bedstead, cord & hyde, 1 plank chest of black walnut, 1 oval balck walnut table, 1 young grey mare durning his natural life. But if he should intermarry and have heir, then said property to him and his heirs. But should he die w/o heir, then to sons Joseph and Zachariah equally.
