      To Martha Stull, wife, 1/2 of cattle and plantation where I now live, called "Whiskey"; give my wife some slaves.
      To son DANIEL Stull, tract 'Whiskey," slaves and primisea. Mentions sons: Jacob and Isaac.
      To son John Stull, tract called "Slaw Spring," and tract "Plavapant State" on the waters of Anteatum on a branch called Beaver Creek, appointing him to pay to son Isaac, at age 21, 100 pounds money.
      To son John, all improvements on the afsd. land, mill and appurtenances.

      To bro. Jacob Stull, 1/2 of my stock, as that willed me by my father, dec'd., as 1/2 of what was mine before his decease.
      To bro. Jacob Stull, the 1/2 plantation called "Whiskey," left me by father, and 1/2 of my slaves, mill stills, and whatsoever, and I do strictly charge my extx. to deliver to him at the age of 21.
      To bro. Jacob and hrs., 1/2 of the plantation by me freely left to him, allowing his half of the land to be laid off to him on the northwest side of Anteatum Creek, and to take in all improvements on that side of the creek, whereon the brick house stands, which house my extx. shall repair and finish and resign to him at age 21.
      To bro. Isaac Stull, the resadue of my estate, which is the other 1/2 of my stock, slaves, and etc.; leave to the discretion of bros. Jacob and Isaac, to settle.
      If my mother deceases before their arrival at age, if that, then bro. Isaac, shall have no pt. in the mill, until her decease, and then to have his equal half with Jacob. If either of my bros. Jacob or Isaac, decease before they are at age, to inherit their estate, then the other shall have his inheritance by me left to him, and if both, Martha Stull and my mother shall be sole hrs. to all.
