      Ordered that the CHURCHWARDENS of Hamilton Parish bind unto Alexander Higgins, Joel WHITE, orphan of William WHITE, deceased, till he attain the age of twenty one years, the said Alexander obliging himself to learn him the Shoemakers trade.

      On the petition of Joel White setting forth that Alexander HIGGINS had obtained an order of this Court for the CHURCH WARDENS of Hamilton Parish to bind him to the said Alexander Contrary to his inclination or knowledge. On hearing the said petition and consideration thereupon had, it is ordered that the said petitioner be removed the former order not being complied with.
