      The Last Will and Testament of THOMAS BRYAN, deced., was presented in Court by MARY BRYAN, his Daughter, and being proved by the Oath of JAMES HINDS one of the witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record, and ELLINOR BRYAN, the Executrix in the Will named being deceased without haveing taken upon her the execution thereof, Therefore on motion of MARY BRYAN, Certificate is granted her /she haveing taken the Oaths by Law appointed/ for obtaining Letters of Administration with the Will annexed in due forme

      MARY BRYAN and JOHN BRYAN came into Court and acknowledged their Bond for the said MARY BRYAN's just and faithfull administration of the Estate of THOMAS BRYAN, deced., which is ordered to be recorded

      THOMAS GLASCOCK, ROBERT PALMER, WILLIAM WHITE and THOMAS DURHAM or any three of them sometime between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of THOMAS BRYAN, deced., in money, which shall be presented to their view and make report thereof to the said next Court. WILLIAM DOWNMAN, Gent., or any other Justice of the Peace fbr this County, is requested to administer an Oath to the Appraisers for their true appraisment of the Decedent's Estate as also unto MARY BRYAN, the Administratrix with the Will annext, for her true discovery thereof
