      THIS INDENTURE made the Eight day of October 1690 and in the second yeare of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord and Lady William & Mary &c. Between Mrs. EASTER TOMLIN of Parish of Farnham in County of Rappa., Widow, of one part and MATHEW BURROWS of the Parish of Christ Church in County of LANCASTER of other part Witnesseth the sd EASTER TOMLIN for sum of Ten thousand five hundred pounds of Tubb. in cask to her in hand paid fully sell & confirm unto MATTHEW BURROWS his heirs Three hundred acres of land scituate in Parish of Sittenburne in Rappa County being part of a Patent of Two thousand acres of land formerly granted to WALTER GRANGER as lapsed for Colnll. FLEET and by the sd GRANGER sold unto Colo: WALKER Father of the sd EASTER TOMLIN and her Sister, SARAH, and devided between them the sd Three hundred acres of land begining at an Oake on the upper side of RAPPA CREEK standing on a point by the sd Creeke being a corner tree of the sd Devision & runing thence along the deviding line now in the possession of MOTTRUM WRIGHT to an other corner tree in the back line, thence runing North East along the back line so far that a line runing West down sd Creeke may include the quantity of Three hundred acres and also all the profitts belonging unto sd land as all the right which sd EASTER TOMLIN now hath to the same To have and to hold unto sd MATTHEW BURROWS his heirs from henceforth forever subject Nevertheless unto the quit rents from henceforth grow due to he paid for the land to their Majesties In Witness whereof the parties have set their hands and Seales

      KNOW ALL MEN that I the within named EASTER TOMLIN for Three hundred and seventy pounds of good Tobb: in hand reced of MATTHEW BURROWS have granted unto MATTHEW BURROW his heirs Twenty acres of land joying unto the Three hundred acres men coned within this Deed all which I the sd EASTER TOMLIN grant unto MATTHEW BURROWS his heirs with as full Warranty as is expressed in the sd Deed altogether being Three hundred & Twenty acres of land bounded beginning at a white Oake corner tree standing on a point on the Westward side of RAPPA CREEK being the upper corner tree of Mr. MOTTRUM WRIGHT land and runing alonge his line West to another corner white Oak of sd WRIGHTs, then North East to a Spanish Oake by the sd Creek thence down the sd Creek its severall courses to the begining including the Three hundred & twenty acres In Witness whereof I sd EASTER TOMLIN hereunto sett my hand and seal this 18th day of November 1690 Signed Sealed and delivered in the presents of
