      - ALICE CHURCHELL, by her Son in Law , HENRY LONGE, acknowledged Mr. JOSHUA DAVIS her Attorney in open Court
      - Judgment is granted to Capt. SAML. BLOMFEILD (as Exr. to Mr. THOMAS PERKINS deced) agaisnt the Estate of JOHN CHURCHELL deced for two hundred pounds of toba. & caske due in Ball. of a Bill bearing date the 6th of Novembr: 1683 to be paid with costs of suite als exec.
      - Commission of Administration is granted to ALICE CHURCHELL upon the Estate of THOMAS CORNWELL deced as greatest Criditor she giveing in security at the next Court to be accomptable for the same as required

      BE IT KNOWN to all men by these prsents that I JOHN EVANS of the County of Rappae: for a valluable consideracon aliready received doe sell & sett over unto JOHN CHIRCHELL his heires & assignes a certaine pcell of land containing Fifty two acres & a half which sd Land accrued due unto me the sd JOHN EVANS by Virtue of the Last Will & Testament of JOHN SPEED deced & confirmed by order of the Worshipful! Court of the County aforsd. dated Novembr: the 6thm 1679 and I doe likewise deliver unto the said JOHN CHIRCHELL the evidences of the sd Land belonging unto the abovesaid tract and also possession of the sd Land withal! that is thereupon and thereunto belonging with sufficient warranty of peaceable enjoyment of the same from all claimes from or under me my heires and assignes and I doe hereby oblidge me my heires to acknowledge this Deed of Sale unto the sd JOHN CHURCHELL his heires at next Court held for the County of Rappae on the South side of the River As Witness my hand Sc Seale this first of Novembr: 1680

      TO ALL CHRISTIAN PEOPLE to whome these presents shall come Greeting. Know yee that I JOHN CHIRCHELL of Parrish of Sittingbourne in ye County of Rappa doe meerly out of good will and affection and for diverse other good causes me thereunto moving fully and absolutely give unto HENRY LONG of the Parrish and County afforesaid all ye Land where I now live belonging to a prcell of land which I the said JOHN CHURCHELL purchased of JOHN EVANS and adjoyning to ye land of ROBERT PAYNEs ye said land with ye rights belonging I fully and absolutely give in manner and forme as is before expressed unto the said HENRY LONG his heirs from me my heirs and further to acknowledge this my Deed of Gift in the County Court of Rappa: to the true and absolute pformance of this my Deed of Gift I have hereunto set my hand and seale the third day of October 1682
