PARKER doe hereby appoint my well beloved friend ROGER CLOTWORTHY to be my true and lawfu Atturney at ye next Court holden for ye County of Rappa there to acknowledge for me & in my stead all my right title & Interest of 120 acres of land unto RICH. SHEPARD of the County aforesaid which said one hundred A, twenty acres of land ye aforesd SHEPARD bought of my aforesd Husband and I doe heereby freely give my consent to ye Sale of ye same as Wittness my hand and seale this first day of July 1671

Governr &c. doe with consent of State accordingly give & grant unto THOMAS PARKER a Tract of land conteyning 120 acres scituate lying and being in ye County of Reppa. on the North side of the River & in ye Pish of Sittingbourne at the Miles End of ye land of JNO. JENNINGS & beginning at a red Oake neare where ye sd JENNINGS corner tree stood & tuning thence by a certaine devidend formerly granted to Majr. JNO. WEIRE & THO: ERWIN tuning N. E. by E 146 poles another Corner or Turning Tree of ye said MAJOR WEIREs & ERWINs being a red Oake thence S. by a line of mrked trees 114 poles to a Chestnutt standing by a small branch which Runeth into a guater and thence by or nigh ye same S. E. by E. 126 poles to a certain Gum standing in a Forke between two branches of Mr. JNO PAINS BEVERDAM and thence over ye first menconed branch S. W. 89 poles to the miles end of another Devident of THO. ERW INs whereon he liveth & finally on his and JENNINGS his miles End before menconed N.W 239 poles to ye place where it first began ye sd land being due unto the sd THOS. PARKER by and for the Transportation of Ten psons into this Collony whose names are on ye record mentioned underneath this Pattent To Have and To Hold &c to be held &c, paying &c. Provided &c dated ye 30th of October 1669
      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I THOMAS PARKER of ye County of Rappa, as well for divers good causes mee moveing thereunto as for ye valuable sume of Eighteene hundred pounds of Tobbo and Caske ye Receipt whereof I doe acknowledge to have received do assigne sett and make over from me my heires this Pattent conteyning 120 acres of land & ye contents hereof unto RICH. SHEPARD & his heirs & assignes forever To Have and to Hold with all rights thereunto belonging and doe warrant ye sale of ye sd Land unto ye sd SHEPARD from all psons and in as large and ample manner as I myself received it & in Testimony hereof I heerunto sett my hand and Seale this 23d of June 1671

      KNOW ALL MEN that I WILLIAM MOSELEY of the County of Rappa, Gent do hereby sell from me my heirs all my right and interest of a certaine parcel of land to THOMAS PARKER his heirs and assignes forever and this I doe together with the consent of MARTHA my Wife as well for divers good causes as for the valuable consideration of Twelve hundred pounds of Tobacco to us in hand paid whereof we do hereby acknowledge and do therefore hereby sell all our right to the same containing ninety acres of woodland scituate in the said County on the South side the River and Bounded on the North side with the land of JOHN WILKINSON on the East with the land of the said MOSELEY on the South with the land of RICHARD GOODE and on the West with the Run of OCCUPASEE CREEKE the same to have and to hold to him the said THOMAS PARKER forever with all rights thereunto belonging without the hindrance of us or any of our heirs or any other person under us and we do hereby agree that we will from time to time keep harmless from any such persons clayming or pretending any lawfull claim and wee do hereby likewise bind ourselves to acknowledge this Deed at the next Court held for the sd County we have hereunto set our hands and seals this

Attorney at the next Court holden by his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid then and there for me and in my stead to acknowledge and give consent and on my part to ratify and confirme the sale of Ninety acres of land sould by my aforesaid Husband THOMAS PARKER unto WILLIAM GANNOCK of the said County his heirs and assigns forever and I do by my said Attorney acknowledge my thirds of the said land to aforesaid GANNOCK in as large manner as if I myself were then and there personally present. Know yee that I ye said ROBERT MOSS for diverse good causes & espetially for ye love & affection me thereunto mooving that I beare unto JEREMIAH PARKER, second Sonne of THOMAS PARKER & of ELLINOR his Wife, have given unto ye said JEREMIAH PARKER, Son of THOMAS PARKER, one Cow Calfe about ye age of two months marked wth a crop & staple in ye cropp on ye left eare & ye right eare whole, To have & to hold said Cow Calfe & all & singular ye female increase of ye same until ye said JEREMIAH PARKER shall attaine ye age of eighteen yeares hereby giveing & granting unto THOMAS PARKER, Father of ye said JEREMIAH PARKER, his heires & assignes for his own care in keeping & looking after sd Cow Calfe in ye meantime & her increase all & singular ye male increase & ye milk of ye female, & after ye said JEREMIAH PARKER shall come to age of Eighteen yeares as abovesd. both male & female to ye use of ye said JEREMIAH his heires & assignes forever Provided that if ye said JEREMIAH PARKER shall depart this life before he attaine ye age of Eighteen years that then ye above said donation shall be & descend to ye propper use & behoofe of THOMAS PARKER, Father of ye said JEREMIAH PARKER, & his heires for ever but in case ye said JEREMIAH survive ye tearme of yeares above specified then it shall & may be lawful for him to have all ye prmises both male & female wthout any matter of demand of me ye said ROBERT MOSS or any pson whatsoever for me & wthout any money or other being therefore yielded to me ye said ROBERT MOSS my heires forever.
