In Obedience to an order of Stafford County Court dated June 15, 1743 to us directed to appraise and divide the Estate of WILLIAM CHANDLER FOWKE deced We the subscribers being first sworn before MOTT DONIPHAN Gent one of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County afsd met at house of said Fowke deced (the Estate being first appraised as by Inventory will appear) and divided the Estate according to order of Court by Setting it in three Equal Parts, one of which remains in the hands of Mrs. JANE FOWKE Widow and Admix of said William deced and the other two parts being in the hands of Capt.
