Deed, 10 Sopt. 1714, Godfry Stanton and Dorothy Stanton his wife of "the County of Essex and Parish of farnham" for love and affoc-tion and also for 50. sell "Thomes Wyatt our nephew and godson, son of Richard Wyatt and Catherine his wife of King and Queen County and parish of St Stephens", 280 acres on Hoskins Creek in F. par. in Essex Co., which land Thomas Pettit by his will dated 20 September 1663 devised to his daughtor Dorothy now the wifo of the above sd Godfry Stanton. If said Thomas d.s.p. then the land to his father Richard Wyatt.
