      wife Bridget the plant. I now live on, formerly called Rich Neck with 150 ac. of land, upon her death or remarriage, the land to return to Charles LOVELACE;
      At a court held for Rich. Co. the 2d day of August 1756, this writing was pres...by the within named Bridget LOVELACE as the last will of her husband, Charles LOVELACE dec'd, and failing to prove the same to be wrote by the sd. Charles LOVELACE and not being signed, it is the opinion of the court the same should not be admitted to record; whereupon Charles LOVELACE, eld. son and heir-at-law to the aforesaid Charles LOVELACE dec'd, personally appeared in court and prayed that the sd. writing should be recorded as the last will of his father aforesaid and the same is ordered accordingly.       KNOW ALL MEN by these p:sents that wee ANN NORTON, CHARLES LOVELACE and HENRY WILLIAMS of County of Richmond are held and firmly bound unto the Worshipful] his Majesties Justices for County of Richmond in the full and lust sum of One hundred pounds Sterling to the which payment well and truely to be made wee hind our selves our heirs firmly by these /3:seats; Sealed with our Seals and Dated the Fifth day of May 1731
      THE CONDICON of this obligation is such that if the above bound ANN NORTON, Admrx.
      of all the goods chattles and creditts of NATHANIEL NORTON, deced., do make or cause to
      be made a true and perfect Inventory of all the goods chattles and creditts of the deced,,
      and the same so made do exhibitt into the County Court of Richmond at such time as she
      shall be thereunto required by the Court. and the same goods chattles and creditts shall
      well and truely administer according to Law, and further do make a just and true account of her actin gs and doings therein when thereunto required by the Court, and shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively as the Justices by their order or Judgmen:,5hall direct pursuant to the Laws in that case made and provided; And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will and Testament was made by the deced.. and the Ear. or Ears. therein named do exhibitt the same in Court makeing request to have it allowed and approved, accordingly if ANN NORTON being thereunto required do render and deliver up her Lres, of Admon. approbacon of such Testment being first had and made in Court: Then this obligacon to be void and of none effect, otherwise to remain in full force and vertue Signed Seal'd and DD in the p:sence of
