      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I JOHN CARDIN am held and firmly bound unto our Sovereigne Lord and Lady, King William and Queen Mary, in the sume of Twenty thousand pounds of good sound merchantable tobo: & caske to the true payment whereof I bind myselfe my heires.       The Condition of this obligacon is such that whereas ye above bound JNO. CARDIN hath obtained a Lycense for his MARRIAGE with ANNE PARKER, Now if there shall be no lawful! cause to obstruct the sd Marriage then the above obligacon to be void, otherwise to stand and remaine of full power force and vertue

County all ye sd Fifty acres of land menconed within written conveyance to him ye sd WILLIAM JONES and to his heirs and assignes To have hold and enjoy the sd Fifty acres of land with all Edifices, orchards, gardens, fences and all other its appurtenances forever, And from ye just claime of us ye sd JOHN CARDIN and ANNE CARDIN and our heirs and from any other person that shall clayme any right thereto under us our heirs or either of us or them Witness our hands and seales this tenth day of December Ano: 1695
